Nature of the products
Pallet Depots USA sells liquidation inventory sourced from customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pulls. This inventory is sold in bulk and on an as-is basis. Product conditions vary and may include new, like-new, used, or untested items depending on the category and lot. We describe each pallet as accurately as possible, but because liquidation merchandise is mixed by nature, exact contents and conditions cannot be guaranteed unless a manifest is provided.
Pricing and orders
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order if inventory becomes unavailable, in which case any payment made will be refunded.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase through the secure methods offered at checkout. For large multi-pallet and truckload orders, additional payment and freight arrangements may apply, and we will confirm these with you directly.
Shipping and risk
Freight and LTL shipping details, including cost and services, are described on our Shipping and Delivery page. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or to you, depending on the arrangement. Buyers are responsible for inspecting shipments at delivery and noting any visible damage with the carrier.
Returns and liability
Due to the bulk, as-is nature of liquidation inventory, most sales are final. Pallet Depots USA is not liable for lost profits, resale outcomes, or indirect damages arising from the resale of purchased inventory. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
