Pallet Depots USA ships liquidation pallets and truckloads to resellers across the United States using freight and LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers. Because pallets are heavy, bulky, and palletized, they do not ship through standard parcel services. Instead, your order moves on a freight carrier and is delivered to your address or a nearby freight terminal, depending on the option you choose at checkout.
Shipping costs
Freight cost is calculated based on your delivery ZIP code, the number of pallets in your order, the total weight, and any special services you need. Common add-on services include liftgate delivery (for locations without a loading dock) and residential delivery. If you are unsure which services apply to you, email us with your address and order size and we will help you get an accurate quote before you commit.
Processing and transit times
Most orders are processed and released to the carrier within a few business days of payment clearing. Freight transit times then depend on the distance between our Gastonia, NC facility and your location, and typically range from a few days to about a week for standard LTL shipments. Truckload orders may follow a separate scheduling timeline, which we will confirm with you directly.
Delivery and inspection
When your pallet arrives, inspect the shipment before signing for it. If you see obvious damage to the pallet or packaging, note it on the delivery receipt with the driver present. This protects you if a freight claim needs to be filed. Because liquidation inventory is sold in bulk, we ask that you review your order promptly and contact us right away if there is a genuine problem.
Truckloads and volume orders
Full and partial truckloads are available for buyers who want the lowest per-unit cost. Truckload freight is quoted individually based on your location and delivery requirements.
